The "Mandatory 2 Home Ownership Solution"
Towards Fixing Homelessness, Inflation And Welfare

I’ve previously written an article (*from 5/20/2017) regarding dividing US currency into 2 forms; 1=FOOD+HOUSING voucher's and 2=MONEY/CURRENCY… as a proposed solution towards tempering govt spending within the free market economy, which is the main driver of inflation.

That prior article is here… What Will The Economy Look Like In 50 years?" By: William Larsen... and I still advocate for many of these idea's towards fighting inflation, today.

But today’s article takes many of those same concept's concerning, “reform geared towards fighting inflation,” and then takes those idea's 1 step further. Inflation combined with boom and bust cycle's, combined with Ai and automation tearing through the US job market, has led me to believe that "a mandatory 2 home ownership solution" could work to solve ALL of America's economic problems, as well as eradicate US homelessness by 100%. Utterly progressive, I propose to implement an economic reform centered around, "a 2 home ownership MANDATE," which would then effectively REQUIRE every naturalized US citizen to own not 1, but 2 homes, under newly proposed MANDATORY 2 HOME OWNERSHIP LAWS.

Yes, that is correct, I said, "mandatory home ownership," and in fact... 2 property’s per US citizen. Whereby, this proposal would essentially end homelessness 100% and would then attempt to create a financial bedrock backing US currency in the form of land, which is a limited economic resource. Furthermore, this solution would also consolidate home owners to various parts of the country and also work to allow ALL citizens an equal opportunity to barter or trade their 2nd home, essentially moving up and down the economy through bartering of their second home/property, be it a work space or a vacation home, whatever they so choose to do with the second property. And in that modern economic setting, even the lowliest filth of our society would then be housed and utterly at fault for their own failures in our society, effectively alleviating dependence on the US federal government which currently upkeeps tens of millions of individuals in federal government housing! Furthermore, by mandating 2 home ownership homelessness might then be fully eliminated from the country and everyone would have some sort of a STAKE in the national economy! Versus America's current system where tens of millions of people are essentially thrown to the wayside, stuck in the tumults of boom and bust economic cycle's which are increasingly dictated by closed door meetings and shifting political tides.

The negative consequence of this proposal, however... concerns OVERPOPULATION. Because were this "home ownerhsip mandate" actually attempted, then in all likelihood birth rates would also rise and in a society where everyone “owned” lodging, this would create idle, unemployed individuals and lead to overpopulation... in theory... then saturating the Real Estate market/housing supply. And this has been forwarned in most ancient texts, that overt financial kindness could lead to problems concerning overpopulation. In fact, this could lead to overpopulation… relatively quickly, were the entire country to own a home without the stress or financial chains of a 30 year mortgage. Regardless, in order to further this cause towards fixing; welfare, inflation and homelessness... I would also suggest possibly instituting a national population cap and perhaps a global population cap as well, perhaps enforced by Ai sentinels, in essence controlling the population and Real Estate market and allowing for newborns to have 2 propertys already waiting for them upon their birth.

Or rather, the negative political side effect of this "2 home mandate solution" geared towards fixing; economic boom and bust cycle's, welfare, inflation and homelessness... would then be the necessity of limiting the birth rate to possibly 3 children per family, necessary to level off the growing Real Estate market/economy and maintain a fixed number of Real Estate holdings, nation-wide, if not globally. Thus, a limit of 3 children per couple would then essentially stall the birth rate, while a 2 child limit would actually lower the selected population.

In an increasingly automated society where jobs are becoming more and more scarce... "a 2 home ownership mandate," would then allow every US citizen the opportunity to, “sell or barter,” their second home, moving up or down the, “real estate ladder,” as the bedrock for a new progressive sort of social mobility, versus the current SERF and LANDLORD system that we have in America today. And this proposal… is in many ways my own retaliation, so to speak, to what I consider PREDATORY pricing currently taking place all over urban America concerning what seems like yearly rent hikes and so called, "inflation," that is occurring today.

Or more specifically, my landlord in NYC… was charging me 70% of my income, seemingly no matter what my income was from 2018-2023… and today's economic proposal, "a mandatory 2 home ownership solution," would essentially eliminate that problem within the modern economy, as well as give every citizen a cornerstone financially, curtailing inflation and eradicating homelessness by 100%. Versus the current US economy where isolating people and then preaching about diversity and inclusion is how we currently, ‘compete,’ for resource's socially.

Also, "the 2 home ownership mandate," still allows the filth and less fortunate in our society to maintain a dwelling, even if they choose to destroy or ruin that dwelling, in which case those individuals would then simply be forced to live in their own mess… versus the homeless and down trodden polluting our city street's in tents and homeless encampments, currently posing a constant threat to children and local school systems all over America today. And not only is the current system inferior in terms of public housing but it creates a self governing system for homelessness control… whereby, perhaps every citizen could even be granted their 2 homes at the age of say 10-15 years old… then free from the burdens of nepotism and each allowed to grow more individually, free from the constraints of parents, if he or she so choose, versus being tied to your family lineage throughout the developmental stages of your early teens and early adulthood.

Nevertheless, this solution is considered "radical" by many within Congress today and the effects on global capitalism and global markets, are unknown in terms of such a drastic solution towards fixing these issues within the US economy. Whereby, today it is more likely that China or Russia would implement such a solution first, before the US makes similar political progress.

China actually has the housing capacity to attempt this solution, right now… with a steady population of 1.2 billion people... China currently boasts over 2b apartments and while automation continues to replace jobs, particularly in Asia, a solution such as mandatory housing might be what’s NECESSARY to fix a floundering job market in Asia, as well as the US. Furthermore, the Chinese housing market has taken major hits in recent years as the supply of Chinese apartments has sky rocketed due to massive construction and labor initiatives within China today. The resulting boom in apartment's and housing supplies has actually almost reached 2:1 per Chinese citizen greatly lowering the cost of housing within China but also constraining the Real Estate market within the country, in terms of value and demand. This exact circumstance, similar to the US economy where automation and Ai continues to ravage job markets, could thus lead China to adopt a, "2 home ownership solution," as well as a national population cap, before the US!

The down side to this solution, once again, would then be the necessary POPULATION CAPS which I proposed to enforce through Ai sentinels. And although that idea of using Ai to enforce population caps (or a 3 child limit) is a morbid and somewhat dystopian concept in nature… this economic solution then provides human’s with a unique tool for dealing with natural constructs and future legality/ethos. And population control is going to become an issue of global importance in the future regardless of whether humanity tends to it now or later, so why not tend to it now? Or in this case, adding population controls would in essence work to steady inflation while also maintaining a balanced REAL ESTATE market through global or national controls, offsetting the dystopian effects of population controls with essentially, "free housing." And what does Real Estate, “cost,” today? Whatever someone, "says it costs?" And this "housing mandate solution" fixes that problem, as well.

In fact, the more I dwell on this idea... the more sense that this idea makes… although, unpopular to many, it’s an almost necessary change… moving forward, particularly as WELFARE and AUTOMATION have a “growing impact” on the US job market. And again, this idea kind of branches out or continues my prior economic solution's… proposed above… regardomg dividing US currency into HOUSING/FOOD voucher's and ACTUAL MONEY, which I wrote about in 2017 --"What Will The Economy Look Like In 50 years?"
